Accelerated Continuous Clarification
System (ACCS)
Faster is Better...
ACCS improves the efficiency and effectiveness of oil separation and helps to enhance solid settlement rate in oil room functions.
Taner ACCS applies the science of lamella clarifier into palm oil mill's oil room applications in:
- Diluted Crude Oil (DCO): Ex-Press to achieve UF ≤ 8% within 2 hours
- Condensate: Ex-VS to achieve UF ≤ 3% C/WB
- EFB Liquor: Ex-EFB press
ACCS DCO
- Oil separation (≥95% OWB) happens within 2 hours
- Total oil skimming can be completed by end of shift
- Start-up heating is as fast as 30 minutes to achieve 95°C
- System cleaning is accomplished within 4 hours using only handheld water jet
ACCS CONDENSATE
- Eliminate the need for a large condensate pit
- Better solid removal efficiency
- Effective Water/NOS separation
